Tour Guide – Immersive XR History Tours & History Pub Crawls (Nashville Adventures)

We're hiring one guide to lead two of our specialty experiences: an Immersive History Tour using VR headsets, and a history-focused Pub Crawl. If you're picturing a normal historical walking tour or a ghost tour, this isn't that: this role is tech-driven and nightlife/social in nature.

We're looking for someone naturally sociable and charming: the kind of person who makes strangers feel like friends within five minutes. If you love chatting people up, keeping a group laughing, and making every guest feel like they're part of the fun, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

• Lead our Immersive History Tour (VR Headset-Based), setting up, operating, and troubleshooting VR equipment while weaving in live narration and historical context
• Lead our History Pub Crawl, guiding groups between multiple bars/venues, pacing storytelling around each stop, and keeping the energy fun and social
• Lead small groups of 15 guests or less for both experiences
• Chat guests up, get to know them, and make them feel like part of the group from the first hello
• Keep the vibe fun and easygoing while still keeping things moving and on schedule
• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for diverse groups
• Handle questions, group dynamics, tech hiccups, and unexpected situations with a smile
• Represent the brand with warmth and reliability
