Responsibilities

* Perform on-site installations, maintenance, and repairs of imaging equipment. * Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime. * Provide exceptional customer support and training for end-users. * Document service activities and maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance. * Collaborate with the engineering team to improve product performance and reliability. * Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in imaging technology. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in field service or technical support for imaging equipment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of imaging technologies and medical device regulations.
• Certification in relevant technical fields is a plus.
